Sage have just released Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Sage ACT! 2012. SP1 is focused primarily on increasing the quality of the Sage ACT! 2012 release with some limited feature enhancements, and rectifying some issues with synchronization. This update applies only to the following versions of Sage ACT! Do not apply this update to any other versions of the software:
To verify your version of Sage ACT!, from the main menu in the program click Help, then click About ACT! If you wish to install the Service Pack yourself, it can be downloaded from the Knowledgebase article #28507 at the following link: KB#28507 . Please read the installation notes carefully before installing. Sage recommend that SP1 is installed on all workstations running ACT! 2012/14, particularly if you have synchronizing databases. If you use the Network or Internet Sync Services, you should also download and install the updated services from the link within the knowledgebase article above.
