ACT! v16 is here!  See below for the key new features in ACT! v16.

  • Mobile Groups & Companies - Add & maintain Groups Companies from ACT! Premium Mobile.  Create dynamic membership criteria as you can in the desktop versions of ACT!  With Sage ACT! Premium Mobile, you can stay connected  to your business with real-time, mobile access to your Sage ACT! Premium contact, calendar, and opportunity details from your iPhone®, iPad®, or AndroidTM device.
  • Mobile Email – Send emails to Groups from ACT! Premium Mobile.
  • Tablet – ACT! Premium Mobile has been enhanced for a better experience on Tablets.
  • Calculated Fields – Create calculated numeric and date fields.  e.g. Calculate a contact's age from his DOB.  Or sum several numeric fields.
  • Enhanced Company Management – Automatically create a new company and link contacts once a threshold of contacts has been reached.
  • History List View – View and filter history in List View for one or more Users.  Export the View to Excel.
  • Scheduler Sends Email Alerts – An email log of the completed scheduled task is sent to the designated receipient.
  • Reschedule Multiple Activities – Change the date and time of multiple activities at once.  No need to retype the details for each activity.
  • Create Lookup from Univeral Search – You will now be able to create a Lookup of contacts from your Universal Search results.  Works with ACT! for Windows, Web and Mobile.
  • Web Manage Fields & Design Layouts – You will now be able to create and manage fields and layouts from ACT! Premium via the Web.
  • Enhanced Connections Page – The Connections page has a number of enhancements.
